Why Choose Binary Trading

Binary trading is very simple.
A binary option is an option with a fixed payout that is determined at the start of the trade. If your prediction is correct, you receive an agreed payout. If not, you lose your initial stake, and no more. The options are called 'binary' because there can be only two outcomes - win or lose.
Binary trading is flexible.
With Binary.com you can trade:

  • All markets - currencies, stock indices, and commodities.
  • All market conditions - up/down, touch/no-touch, stays in/goes out.
  • All durations - from 10 seconds to 365 days.
  • All payouts - from $1 to $50,000.
Binary trading is ideal for both individuals and market professionals.

Types of trades

Binary.com offers five main types of trades that will help you execute your market view or strategy:

  • Up/Down
  • Touch/No Touch
  • In/Out
  • Asians
  • Digits

Up/Down

There are two types of Up/Down trades:

  1. Rise/Fall – Predict that the market will rise or fall from its current level
  2. Higher/Lower – Predict that the market will end higher or lower than a price target

Touch/No Touch

Choose the Touch/No Touch trade if you want to predict the market touching or not touching a target any time during the contract period.

In/Out

There are two types of In/Out trades:

  1. Stays In/Out – Predict that the market stays inside or goes outside two price targets any time during the contract period
  2. Ends In/Out – Predict that the market stops inside or outside two price targets at the end of the time period

Asians

There are two ways to trade Asians:

  1. Up - Predict that the market will end higher than the average price
  2. Down - Predict that the market will end lower than the average price

Digits

Digits let you predict the last decimal digit of the spot price. There are three types of Digits trades:

  1. Matches/Differs - Predict that the last digit will match or not match
  2. Even/Odd - Predict that the last digit is even or odd after the last tick
  3. Over/Under - Predict that the last digit is higher or lower

    HOW TO TRADE BINARY OPTION

Trading binary options is relatively easy, and you can purchase a trade in only three simple steps.
First, you need to set the parameters of your trade. Here's what you need to consider.

  1. Underlying market
Choose the asset you wish to trade, such as gold, oil, stocks, or currency pairs. The value of a binary option is derived from the price of the underlying asset. One advantage of trading binary options is that you are not buying or selling the actual asset, only a contract that determines how that asset performs.
Choose from five types of markets and their respective assets:
    • Currencies - All major Forex pairs
    • Indices - All major worldwide stock indices sourced from the over-the-counter market
    • Commodities - Major commodities such as gold and oil
    • OTC stocks - Blue-chip stock contracts sourced from the over-the-counter market
    • Volatility indices - Binary.com's proprietary indices that simulate market forces
  2. Trade type
There are four main trade types for you to choose from:
    • Rise/Fall - Predict if the market will rise or fall from its current level
    • Higher/Lower - Predict if the market will end higher or lower than a target price
    • Touch/No Touch - Predict if the market will touch or not touch a target price
    • In/Out - Predict if the market will stay between or outside two target prices
  3. Duration
Set the length of your trade, from 10 seconds to 365 days.
  4. Barrier(s)
Set barrier(s) to define your position and trigger the payout you will receive.
  5. Payout
Each trade comes with a pre-determined payout that you will see after adjusting each parameter. You’ll win the payout if your prediction is correct. If not, you will only lose your initial stake.

    Volatility Index Markets
How to trade the Volatility Indices markets?
Binary.com has created Volatility Indices that you can trade 24/7. You can trade these on all types of contract:

    • Rise/Fall
    • Higher/Lower
    • Touch/No Touch
    • In/Out (ends between/outside and stays between/goes outside)
    • Asians
    • Digits

Volatility Indices are further categorized into two types:

    • Continuous Indices
    • Daily Reset Indices

    Continuous Indices
Binary.com's Continuous Indices are the Volatility 10 Index, Volatility 25 Index, Volatility 50 Index, Volatility 75 Index and Volatility 100 Index. These indices correspond to simulated markets with constant volatilities of 10%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

The Volatility 100 Index is twice as volatile as the Volatility 50 Index, and four times as volatile as the Volatility 25 Index.

    Daily Reset Indices
Daily Reset Indices replicate markets with a bullish and bearish trend, with a constant volatility.
Bull Market and Bear Market Indices start at 00:00 GMT each day, replicating a bullish and bearish market respectively.
Binary.com's Volatility Indices are based on a cryptographically secure random number generator audited for fairness by an independent third party.
Smart Indices
Smart FX
Binary.com's Smart FX are smart markets that measure the value of a currency against a basket of major currencies.

The USD Index is a weighted Index, measuring the US Dollar's value against a basket of 5 global currencies (EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD), each weighted by 20%.
